 Welcome to the Alberta Paragliding community portal. This is a constantly evolving project. Many thanks to the contributors and donators.

 The website's vision is to unite the paragliding community by providing a convenient place online for communication of ideas, news, and resources. The projects primary focus is on paragliding related disciplines, however there has been a need expressed for hang gliders as well. Whether it's paragliding or hang gliding, we hope to encourage the free flying community to contribute to the Alberta Paragliding Forum and the Alberta Paragliding Gallery.

 You'll find that it’s easy. Just register and remember this is a free service so take advantage of it.

 The site is a work in progress and we are working to add other useful resources. If you think the website is missing something please comment on the forum at Forum needs and wants.

Muller Windsports

Learning to paraglide for most people is not always convenient, but if you live in or near Calgary flying is at your door step. Located on the top of the Cochrane Hill, just fifteen minutes west of Calgary, Muller Windsports is the place to start if you want to learn to paraglide, hanglide, and kite. They have a full section of supplies, courses, and services. They have Calgary’s only full flight park with hours of ridge soaring in South, South East, and South West winds. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The local pilots are very friendly and welcoming to newcomers.  Even better the use of the flight park is free.
